ZeroDowntime goes for the long term relationship with it customers and partners. We act as a trusted advisor on high availability issues were downtime is no option. We like to prevent an outage from happening in stead of recover from a failure. In other words extend the MTBF (Meantime between failure) and not shorten the MTTR (mean time to repair).
